Casey Sobrilsky is a seasoned technology leader and CTO with over a decade of hands-on software architecture and delivery experience. As Wantable's technical co-founder and chief software architect, he built and led the end-to-end homegrown platform—from the customer website to order fulfillment, inventory management, CRM, and email automation—primarily in Ruby on Rails. He also serves as CTO at Fluency, shaping technology strategy while continuing to guide Wantable's stack, including data engineering, DevOps, third-party integrations, and AI initiatives. Based in Milwaukee, he started as Wantable’s first employee and grew a team of developers, many of whom started as interns and advanced to full-time roles. His background includes freelance web development through Martigot LLC, reflecting hands-on product development across startups and client projects. Casey holds a BS in Computer Engineering from Milwaukee School of Engineering, grounding his leadership in solid engineering foundations.
