Jaxson Khan is a founder and CEO who leads Aperture AI, guiding organizations through AI adoption and governance with a focus on responsible deployment and policy alignment. With about a decade of cross-sector experience, he blends startup leadership with public-policy expertise to drive impact across the private sector, government, and civil society. He is a Senior Fellow at the University of Toronto's Munk School of Global Affairs & Public Policy, advising on AI and innovation policy, and serves on the board of the Human Feedback Foundation to advance open RLHF and human-in-the-loop data for AI. Previously, he built growth and strategic initiatives at Fable and contributed to AI policy work in the Canadian government.
