Adam Twardoch is a typography-focused technology executive based in Warsaw and Berlin and the CEO of FontLab, with over 25 years of experience building font tools, multilingual text processing, and online font distribution. As FontLab’s long-time Director of Products he co-created FontLab VI and spearheaded Python-powered automation and scripting workflows used by professional type designers worldwide. He co-authored the independently popular Lato family, has advised Microsoft, Google, Adobe and Monotype on Unicode/OpenType and multilingual typography, and contributed to web typography by authoring CSS properties like font-variation-settings and font-optical-sizing.
