Summary
Zak Kolar is a multidisciplinary educator and software developer based in the Greater Boston area, blending education theory with hands-on software development. As a Digital Learning Teacher with Waltham Public Schools since 2018 and a Programmer/Material Developer at EDC since 2020, he designs and implements digital literacy and computer science standards across K-12 curricula. He earned a double major in Education Studies and Computer Science from Brandeis University, where his honors thesis delivered an inline trainer plugin for Moodle to help instructors master its features.
