Joseph Minervini is a seasoned technology leader and CTO with a 35-year track record in applied superconductivity and large-scale magnet systems. He currently guides Novum Industria LLC, translating cutting-edge superconducting research into scalable engineering solutions across energy, healthcare, and security sectors. Earlier at MIT, he served as Senior Research Engineer and Division Head for Magnets and Cryogenics, leading engineering groups and multi-disciplinary projects from lab research to deployment.
